DISCOUNTS & GIFT CARDS

Due to limitations within the software of our website platform host, we unfortunately cannot allow the use of multiple discount codes within the same transaction. This includes but is not limited to: Gift cards, loyalty points redemption, special discount program redemption (senior, veteran, etc.) and sales codes.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

All orders are fulfilled on chronological basis. If an expedited method of shipping is selected, we will do our best to accommodate however there are no guarantees that choosing expedited methods improves the processing time of the order(s).

 

DAMAGES

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact our customer service department within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase.

We will require:
Your order number, which is provided in the invoice that arrives with your order, details pertaining to item(s) you wish to return and a photo of the damaged item(s).
